Cavallo Hoof Boots

I've been using Cavallo boots for years now, we often go on 10+ mile rides through the mountains and these boots have worked the best for my horse. I just got a new horse with smaller feet and had to immediently buy some new boots for her to protect her hooves when we go riding. The gel pads are also a lifesaver. So happy with these boots.

Cavallo is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Recently I won a prize that they donated to the Back Country Horsemen of BC. I am over the moon about the results I'm seeing with my Cavallo Hoof Boots! I really had no idea such a thing existed but my friend has a set and uses them all the time so I thought I'd try them. I recently purchased a pair of Cavallo Trek boots for my beautiful CSH mare who is in rehab after a leg injury. I was blown away by the level of customer service, answering my questions promptly and thoroughly, helping me decide which size I should purchase and recommending the comfort sleeve and cushion pads to help improve her comfort level. In addition, when the comfort sleeve was damaged upon first use, Cavallo immediately replaced it with a new pair and also sent along a complimentary pair of pastern wraps so I could decide which is better for her. Thank you Cavallo! Your customer service goes above and beyond!!!

1) Customer Service goes above and beyond to help the customer get what they need for their horse situation 2) The actual product that I have is beyond amazing. I barrel race and have the Trek Boots with the Cushion pad for traveling and stalling on concrete. I also have a soreness issue that my horse is getting over and the comfort that these provide is exactly what the vet ordered. I could not be more satisfied with a company and product all the way around.

I am very satisfied with how Cavallo stands behind their products! I had a rare defect in one of my horses boots and they expedited a new pair to me so I would have them for a ride I was going on the following weekend! They also sent me some extra goodies for my troubles. Very excellent customer service and would purchase anything from them for that reason!

Guys…I was THAT customer. I inundated poor Yvonne with question after picture after question after video, and she never once hesitated to provide all the answers I needed and encourage me to take my time and find exactly what I was looking for. This kind of customer service is unheard of these days. Cavallo has made a customer for life! My mare had her happiest schooling to date this week, and I think we both forgot she was in boots…even while jumping!

Finding a boot brand that fit my mare's wide hooves was surprisingly difficult. I came across Cavallo, and started looking into their products. I requesting sizing help due to my girls odd measurements and got a reply within an hour or two. Their customer support has been absolutely amazing. They're so quick to reply and so helpful when they do. Ordered my Trek boots and tried them on. They fit well, but I wasn't sure if they were perfect. Again reached out to Cavallo's customer support and they provided me with great advice and got back to me exceptionally quickly. I am going to be breaking in the boots the next couple of weeks, but love them so far, and am so complimentary of their team.
